ZOLL Service Depot

Located at our headquarters in Chelmsford, Mass., our ISO-certified service depot performs repairs and preventive maintenance for all ZOLL devices.

A systematic approach

All serviced devices undergo a rigorous and systematic recertification process prior to their return.

  • A minimum of three ZOLL certified service technicians examine each device.
  • Your device is systematically inspected, evaluated, repaired, and tested in an ESD-safe environment.
  • Ultimately, your device is recertified to factory specifications and returned to you.

Preventive Maintenance

Best suited for customers who want to stay up-to-date with annual maintenance and recertification of their devices, our Preventive Maintenance plan includes additional benefits such as free loaner devices during PM, technical support, and software updates.

Basic

This plan is tailored to customers whose biomedical engineering team performs preventive maintenance but would still like coverage for repairs due to normal wear and tear. Our Basic Service plan includes expert help from ZOLL's dedicated technical support team and free loaner devices during repairs, as well as discounted batteries, accessories, and cables.

Precision

Designed for customers who want annual preventive maintenance along with the option for on-site support by ZOLL’s Field Service team, the Precision plan offers all the benefits of the Basic plan plus greater discounts on parameter upgrades, batteries, cables, and accessories.

Worry-Free

Our most comprehensive plan, the Worry-Free Service plan is ideal for customers who want maximum coverage and protection for their ZOLL devices. It combines all the benefits of our Precision plan with accidental damage coverage; greater discounts on parameter upgrades, accessories, cables, and batteries; battery replacement; and an on-site support option with device deployment.
